Job description
This position is office based at Rajkot , Gujarat. We support a UK-based property management company that is expanding its hiring and administrative support. As part of this collaboration, we are looking for a motivated HR Admin to manage candidate calling and back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Call and coordinate with candidates and referrals interested in working with a UK- based Property Management company.
● Source candidates from different portals and manage the entire process until they are welcomed onboard (for the India team).
● Verify candidate authenticity through direct communication.
● Maintain and manage a database of eligible candidates.
● Communicate directly with decision-makers and prospective candidates.
● Handle back-office administration and maintain accurate HR records.
● Generate regular reports from HR systems and databases.
● Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed. Requirements:
● Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
● Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or administration roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
● Comfortable working in UK time shifts:
○ Summer: 01:00 AM – 10:30 PM IST
○ Winter: 02:00 AM – 11:30 PM IST
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Preferred Candidate:
● Experience in handling international recruitment or UK-based clients is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time,
Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
