We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, attendance, and employee relations for our manufacturing unit. The role requires strong coordination skills, discipline, and the ability to handle workforce-related activities on the shop floor.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for operators, staff, and shop-floor roles.
Manage attendance, leave records, and biometric updates.
Prepare monthly payroll inputs and maintain HR MIS.
Assist with PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance documentation.
Maintain employee files, letters, and HR records.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training activities.
Handle employee queries, discipline, and grievance management.
Support safety, welfare, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Ensure smooth HR operations and adherence to factory policies.
