Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Food Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a table.
Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when needed.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, issues, or complaints politely.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Process bills and handle cash/card payments accurately.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Food Server/Waiter is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to stay calm and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
Positive attitude, presentable, and team-oriented.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
