Job Requirements:
Experience 1-2 years in customer support, preferably in US, UK, or Australian processes.
Provide First Call Resolutions over the phone/chat and E-mail Proficiency in the Australian accent is a plus.
Customer Support: Handle inbound calls to resolve seller and buyer queries.
Quality Control: Identify and remove underperforming sellers offering subpar services.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses.
Brand Support: Provide complete support to maintain and enhance the reputation of a strong brand.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and offer effective solutions.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5-day workweek.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
