Job Description

Designation: Customer Support Executive

Desired experience: 1 – 3 years

Qualification: BE/ B Tech/ M Tech/ MCA and equivalent.

Salary: Good hike on current CTC

Job location: Jaipur

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Timing: India 3 AM to 1 PM

 

Job Requirements:

 

Customer Support - Job Duties

 

·  Attend all incoming calls

·  Discuss with customer and book services

·  Send SMS for Confirmation

·  Add all Number in Address Book

·  Emails

·  Reply quotation on Emails

·  Drop SMS to customer if he shared Phone Number

·  Add all Number in Address Book

·  Zopim

·  Available on Zopim Chat Support

·  Answer all the questions asked by Customer

·  Book the job according to our scheduled

·  Call Follow Up

·  Call Follow Up - need to maintain if customer asked will do book job after 2 days  or something

·  Call Audit

·  You need to keep checking other customer Call audits.

·  Daily Report

·  END - Daily Report How many job Booked it’s in Software but just add in group

·  Leave

·  Can not take leave on Monday.

·  You can take leave after approval

·  In case of emergency You must inform to management before go on leave

·  Notice Period - Imemdiate

·  Other

·  Need Electricity Backup at home

·  Need High Speed internet in Mobile and PC

·  Mobile DATA should be enabled every time

·  Product Tool Understanding

·  Achieving Daily/Monthly Sales target as per business

·  Auditing calls to check the compliance & publish report

·  Highlighting errors on real time basis to avoid any business loss
