Roles & Responsibilities Presales Executive:
Lead Calling – New & Old
• Lead Generation
• Responding to Incoming & Outgoing phone calls
• Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients, Cold calling
• Proper Record & Data maintenance of client
• Coordination with sales team
• Timely Follow Up and Review.
• Generation of customers Site Visit
• Prepare & share Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports
• Post visit Customer satisfaction survey
• Immediate Data updating in the software
• Visit to other sites & share the Competitor analysis report (Online)
• MIS Report & Goal sheet
• Maintain Database of clients for cold calling, references
• Min Qualification: Graduate
• Relevant Exp Required: 6 months to 1 yr
• Total Exp: 0-2 yrs
• Salary : Upto 1.8 lacs p.a
• Gender: Female
