Job Description

We are seeking a driven Business Outreach Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities and engaging with potential clients and partners through outbound telecalling. You will be crucial in driving business growth through effective outreach strategies. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to outbound outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Telecalling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to introduce company services and generate business leads.
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research and targeted outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Keep detailed records of calls, client interactions, and lead status. Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and performance.
  • Support Business Development: Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new markets and prospective clients through outreach efforts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound telecalling or customer outreach roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Confidence in cold calling and engaging with new clients.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly calling and outreach targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
  • Prior experience with telecalling in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
