Job Description

We are a Leading Delhi Based Consultant, currently we are hiring for West Delhi Location  Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager  .

 

Designation:                    Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager

 

Desired experience:        2 - 5 years

 

Qualification:                   Any Graduate

 

Salary:                             Negotiable

 

Job Location:                   West Delhi (Janak Puri West)

Job Requirements

 

3 - 6 years of experience in the sales and marketing, Business Development (Channel Sales Exposure is must)

 

Good to have 1 - 2 years sales experience in industrial electrical product selling preferably in PDU, UPS, Server Racks, Network Switches, Cool Racks Solutions, Power Audit (Thermography), Batteries, Network Cabling, Fire Detectors Cease Fire, Fiber Cable, Electrical Cables, UPS, Network Switches, Cable industry or Panel industry.

 

Manage lead follow-up and lifecycle, ensure maximization of lead tracking and conversion.

 

Generating New Customers and follow up with existing clients in the domestic market.

 

Achieve Sales Targets via Inbound & Outbound Leads.

 

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

 

Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

 

Contacting potential clients/sellers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

 

Skills and qualifications:  

 

Candidates should have relevant experience in B2B,B2C and Software Selling, IT Sales.

 

Should be comfortable with cold calling and follow ups with prospecting clients. 

 

Can effectively explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. 

 

Marketing skills: ability to pitch your company and its services to clients is important for this role Possession of critical thinking skills Developing and implementing ideas for the marketing and sales. 

 

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 

 

Generating New Customers and following up with existing clients in the domestic market. 

 

Ability to work under extremely pressured conditions and produce required results. 

 

Ability to meet targets and deadlines. 

 

Ability to approach work with a high level of professionalism. 

 

Result driven individual with the ability to manage stress effectively. 

 

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Effective presentation skills ability to make presentations that will trigger sales and business relationships.

 

Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
