Business Development Manager:
We are looking for candidates having 4-6 years of experience working in an IT Company as
BD/BDM generating leads and dealing with clients from US and European countries.
● Candidates having working experience in the IT-Software/ Software Services/ blockchain
industry will be given preference.
● Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
● Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business
generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
● Building business relationships with current and potential clients
● Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client
questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
(RFPs)
● Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase business
efficiency.
● Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining
short-term and long-term business development plans
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact
with potential customers
● Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
● Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of
prospective client information
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple
responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done
● Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
If your business development role is more sales orientated, you may also :
● Create a sales pipeline
● Increase sales of the business
● Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
● Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
