Polisure is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Telecalling to manage and guide a team of telecallers engaged in insurance sales. The role involves driving team performance, ensuring target achievement, and supporting the team in converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers for insurance sales Monitor daily calling activity and ensure productivity of team members Help team members close sales and improve conversion ratios Provide training, guidance, and support to new telecallers Track team performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved Maintain quality of customer interaction and compliance standards Coordinate with management on sales performance and reporting Assist in lead allocation and follow-up strategies Eligibility: Graduate preferred Minimum 1–3 years experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in insurance or financial services Experience in handling a team or supervisory role will be preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Basic computer knowledge and reporting ability
