About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing client relationships.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales deals. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions in CRM.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer reach and brand awareness.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
