The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating sales through phone conversations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance products Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly Generate leads and convert them into sales Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers Update customer information and call details in the system Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals Maintain professional communication with customers Eligibility: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred) Basic computer knowledge
