Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible HR Executive (Female) with 2–3 years of experience to manage core HR operations, employee documentation, and welfare activities. The ideal candidate should possess a pleasant personality, maturity, and a proactive attitude. A strong understanding of PF regulations and employee engagement is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and documentation (joining kits, KYC, contracts, etc.)
Handle end-to-end PF (Provident Fund) related activities and compliance
Coordinate and support employee welfare activities and grievance handling
Post and manage job listings on various portals when required
Participate in the recruitment process if needed (screening, coordination, onboarding)
Provide basic counseling to employees related to workplace or personal concerns
Promote a healthy work environment and assist with internal communication
Coordinate and maintain HR reports, leave records, and attendance tracking
Liaise with internal teams for smooth HR operations
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidate with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of PF and statutory compliances
Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Confident, responsible, and people-oriented with a presentable personality
Ability to handle sensitive situations with maturity and confidentiality
Good Working Environment.
