Key Responsibilities:
Assist the MD/CEO in day-to-day operations and act as a shadow resource to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Manage meetings, schedules, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow-ups on action items and deadlines.
Handle data analysis, create presentations, and support task planning and execution.
Maintain documentation and paperwork with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely closure of tasks.
Accompany the MD/CEO for local travel as needed for business meetings or reviews.
Represent the MD professionally in internal and external communications.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: MBA preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar Executive Assistant or Business Support role
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
Other: Should be based in Mumbai (Andheri or nearby) and open to local travel
