Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, particularly through online platforms and social media, and a solid understanding of IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
Utilize social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) for lead generation and outreach.
Understand client requirements and effectively communicate technical solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven experience in lead generation from online platforms and social media.
Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
Familiarity with IT terminologies and the ability to convey technical information to clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Prior experience in an IT services company.
