Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective export sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities in international markets, and managing client relationships to drive sales growth for our frozen food products.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence in international markets. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers, build strong relationships, and maintain existing client accounts.
• Negotiate contracts with international clients and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Ensure all export activities comply with country-specific regulations and standards.
• Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in export sales or international business, preferably in the frozen foods sector.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of international trade regulations, and logistics management.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required. 10-15% all over India.
