Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Construction Activities: Oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate Resources: Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
• Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Monitor Progress: Track project timelines, report on work progress, and address any delays or issues.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any technical or logistical challenges on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in outdoor environments.
