Job Description

  1. Assist clients with the visa application process and provide clear guidance throughout the journey.
  2. Process visa applications and ensure timely submission of required documents to embassies.
  3. Leverage AI (Gemini) to create customized Cover Letters and Travel Itineraries that meet strict embassy standards.
  4. Ensure error-free filling of online and offline visa application forms with precision and accuracy.
  5. Liaise with embassies for updates, status checks, and specific requirements.
  6. Use AI to summarize lengthy embassy PDF guidelines into practical team checklists and streamline internal processes.
  7. Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and 2026 rule changes across countries (Schengen, US, UK, etc.).
  8. Manage and organize client documentation both physically and digitally, maintaining confidentiality.
  9. Provide excellent customer support and clear communication throughout the entire visa process.
