Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant – Operations to lead operational activities, strengthen client relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations management, technical research, data analysis, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen team confidence and build strong client and committee relationships.
Conduct in-depth technical research tailored to client requirements.
Advise clients on required certifications and licenses including BIS CRS, BIS ISI, BIS FMCS, WPC ETA, SCOMET, and LMPC.
Lead, train, and support the operations team to enhance overall performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring high service quality.
Utilize Gazette publishing and research platforms for data-driven decision-making.
Specialize in standard formulation, analysis, and quality assurance processes.
Assess requirements and explore emerging technologies for innovative solutions.
Create structured documentation, workflows, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinate with committees and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience: 3–6 years in operations, compliance, or consulting roles.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, certifications, and regulatory processes.
Data Analysis: Proficient in using Gazette publishing and research platforms for analysis and insights.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related workflow documentation tools.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of BIS and other certification requirements will be a strong advantage.
