Job Description

  1. Contact existing clients and customers to promote airline ticketing services and travel solutions.
  2. Conduct regular follow-up calls and email communications to generate bookings and maintain customer engagement.
  3. Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, budgets, and schedules to provide suitable travel options.
  4. Prepare and present accurate airfare quotations, flight itineraries, and travel recommendations.
  5. Explain fare rules, baggage policies, visa requirements, and other travel-related information to customers.
  6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  8. Resolve customer queries and booking-related issues promptly and professionally.
  9. Stay updated on airline promotions, special fares, and industry trends to provide competitive travel solutions.
  10. Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth booking and ticketing operations.
