Job Description

Tech Lead - MERN Stack + Flutter Developer

 

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Developer to join our dynamic tech team. If you have 7+ years of experience and a passion for building scalable, innovative web and mobile solutions, this is the perfect opportunity to lead, innovate, and make an impact in India's fast-growing social commerce ecosystem.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web and mobile applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Flutter.
  • Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs for seamless backend-to-frontend communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and other Engineers, to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely project delivery.
  • Drive the optimization of applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to recommend and adopt industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control practices, and agile methodologies for efficient software delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in MERN Stack and Flutter.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3.
  • Extensive experience with React.js and Flutter for building responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Solid experience with Node.js and backend frameworks like Express.js for API development.
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB and database design principles (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Material-UI, Bootstrap, or similar libraries.
  • Strong experience with API architecture, microservices, and security best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience leading a team of developers with a focus on mentorship and team growth.
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
