Job Description

Job for HR Trainee WFH - Work from Home Role (Female Only)

Note: Good to have knowledge in IT Recruitment


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Job Posting on various job portals.
  • Sourcing and screening the relevant candidates
  • Taking first level interviews
  • Aligning and coordinating the interviews
  • Good in English is must and Strong in follow up skills
  • You will also be responsible for handling business development tasks aimed at acquiring new clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BBA / MBA Fresher
  • Must have their own laptop, mobile phone, and high-speed internet connection.
Working Days Monday to Saturday

Working Timing 9:30 to 6:30 PM

During Trainee Period: 5K Stipend with Incentive (3 Months)

Upon successful completion of the trainee period, you will be considered for promotion to an HR Executive role, accompanied by a competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
