JD for Institutional Sales & Marketing Manager (SME & Institutions segment)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a client portfolio by fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities, generate leads, schedule meetings, and arrange product demos with decision-makers across SMEs, MSMEs, institutions, and colleges.
• Present our Learning & Development products and services effectively to close sales and secure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics
