Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and enhance existing .NET-based web applications
• Identify, debug, and resolve production issues and bugs
• Implement small enhancements and improvements in live systems
• Handle production incidents and application downtime efficiently
• Act as the first technical point of contact for client escalations
• Execute deployments and ensure backups and rollback readiness (as per defined processes) • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients during issue resolution • Maintain basic technical and operational documentation • Support and guide junior developers and interns ________________________________________
Required Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in web application development
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.)
• Good understanding of databases and SQL • Experience working on live/production systems
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Ability to understand and work with existing or legacy codebases ________________________________________

• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise applications
