Key Responsibilities • Maintain and enhance existing .NET-based web applications • Identify, debug, and resolve production issues and bugs • Implement small enhancements and improvements in live systems • Handle production incidents and application downtime efficiently • Act as the first technical point of contact for client escalations • Execute deployments and ensure backups and rollback readiness (as per defined processes) • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients during issue resolution • Maintain basic technical and operational documentation • Support and guide junior developers and interns ________________________________________ Required Skills • 2–4 years of experience in web application development • Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.) • Good understanding of databases and SQL • Experience working on live/production systems • Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) • Ability to understand and work with existing or legacy codebases ________________________________________ Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Experience working in SaaS or enterprise applications • Exposure to handling client issues and production support • Understanding of deployment and release processes ________________________________________ Candidate Profile • Willing to work onsite from the Jaipur office • Responsible, proactive, and calm under pressure • Strong communication and coordination skills • Comfortable working on existing systems rather than greenfield projects
