We’re looking for an Admin Generalist, preferably with an HR/Accounting background and an avid interest in learning new skills, working on tech tools on the go.
MS Word & Excel are always boasted about at the office! You'll be closely working with the CEO and learning deeply about running a business.
Post the probation period, this can become a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home
Key Responsibilities :
1. Internal Accounts Management - Prepare internal day to day records and books for the company.
- Monthly and Adhoc invoicing, payment reports mapping and client co-ordination for payments and receipts, AR/AP Management for the company.
- Preparing quotes for projects in discussion with management.
- Subscriptions management and payments processing, record maintenance.
- Internal systems control centre & management.
2. Communication & Client Management
- Handle client onboarding, KYC and company systems setup processes.
- Client drive setup, access & folder management.
- Internal & external communication systems setup and management.
3. Tech-admin Support
- Internal software setup, running and management.
- Implementing new age tech tools for day to day management, managing calendars & meetings, general processes streamlining, etc.
- Handle data entry & manage internal databases, company records, accounts updation.
4. Company Compliance and co-ordination for Filings with CA
- Submission of accounting records to CA on monthly basis for GST submission, sharing data for TDS compliance - deduction, submission and return filing (taxes, etc).
- Assist with internal event management, company meeting agendas & minutes, and workshops.
- Fluency & Confidence in speaking English 5. Employee Management
- Training maintenance and updations for onboarding and skill development.
- Assist in recruitment, upskilling & performance reviews.
