Job Description

 
  • Enter new accounts, publishers and contracts into Zinio Admin
  • Enter new contracts (or fees) for CAOs
  • Terminating contracts monthly
  • Tracking & adjusting other fees for publisher contracts
  • Renewing contracts and associated publication contracts monthly
  • Working with account management as contracts without auto-renew approach expiring to get renewal
  • Cross check changes monthly with account management team (new fees, changes in fees & terminations)
  • Cross check changes monthly with finance team and reporting to confirm changes flow through to publisher reporting and invoicing
  • Add publisher/account ID from Admin to Salesforce as new publishers are added
  • Publisher name change in admin
  • Ad Hoc Analysis of Publisher contracts entered into Admin , using Looker reports ( which is Zinio Admin reporting tool)

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiar with basic CRM systems
  • Ability to read contracts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with two main stakeholders ( Finance and Account Management)
  • Highly Organized
  • Meticulous with data entry

 

Education and Experience:
  • Graduate with a few years work experience
  • Or QBE individual with years of data entry experience
