Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new corporate clients for MICE business.
Plan and execute Meetings, Incentive tours, Conferences, and Exhibitions for corporate clients. Conduct sales visits and presentations to corporate clients.
Generate business through direct corporate meetings, cold calls, emails, and referrals.
Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and visa departments to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare proposals, itineraries, and quotations as per client requirements.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: Minimum Graduate.
1 to 2 years of experience in MICE or corporate sales preferred.
(Freshers with passion for travel and good communication skills can apply.)
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ready to travel for client meetings.
Team player with a professional attitude.
