Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in generating leads and acquiring new business through cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms like LinkedIn. Additionally, they should be adept at sourcing databases from online directories and available websites on Google.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities within the IT recruitment sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to execute sales strategies.
  • Assist in follow-ups with clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (Freshers are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn about business development and the recruitment industry.
  • Basic knowledge of IT terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Note: Should have their own laptop, Mobile Phone and High speed internet connection.

Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
