About the Role:Urban Company is looking for energetic Field Executives to onboard service professionals (house help/maids) onto our platform.
This is a field role that requires on ground visits, convincing professionals, and completing their onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities: Visit local areas to meet potential service professionals. Explain Urban Company s platform, earning potential, and benefits.
Assist with documentation, verification, and onboarding.
Ensure professionals complete training and induction.
Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets.
Requirements: Graduate / Diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
0 - 2 years experience in field sales/operations. Good communication & convincing skills.
Comfortable with field travel within the city (Should have bike) Local language proficiency and ability to speak multiple local languages is a plus.
What We Offer: Base Salary 28,000 30,000 performance based incentives.
