Destiny HR Group Services, a top-tier Delhi-NCR based Recruitment Consultant, is actively hiring for a fast-growing A Logistics compliance and consulting Company in Noida.

Designation: Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive

Desired experience: 3 - 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Negotiable

Job location: Noida Sector 136

Employee Strength: 100+ Members

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

2nd and 4th Saturdays: Work from home (WFH).

Remaining Saturdays: On-site with an early logout at 4:00 PM.

Industry: Logistics, Freight Forwarding & Custom Clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Customs & Operations: Handle and coordinate daily Customs Clearance documentation, logistics workflow, and operation tasks.
• Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), including detailed reconciliation of input and output GST.
• TDS & Statutory Filing: Handle TDS computation, deduction, payment, and timely filing of returns (24Q, 26Q).
• PT Management: Manage Professional Tax (PT) filings and ensure 100% compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Financial Reconciliations: Perform ledger reconciliations, assist in internal/external audit processes, and support the senior team in balance sheet finalization.
• Data Management: Work daily on ERP Software and industry-specific tools to maintain real-time updates of shipments and accounts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

• Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation, and logistics/customs coordination.
• Technical Skills & Software:
• Proficient in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and standard ERP Software.
• Good to Have (Advantage): Prior hands-on experience in Logsys (Freight forwarding and Custom clearing Software) will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, Professional Tax regulations, along with basic custom clearance and freight procedures.
