Digitide Solutions Limited is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls or chat and providing proper assistance and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound / outbound customer calls and chat support
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers
• Follow company guidelines and process standards
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Graduate / Under Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Good communication skills (Grammar, sentence articulation)
• Versant Level 4 preferred
Shift Details:
• Rotational shift for male candidates
• General shift for female candidates
Salary:
Offered salary 26k CTC Inhand 25k
