Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience, especially in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and real estate-related content. The ideal candidate will not only have strong editing skills but should also be able to guide on shooting angles and contribute ideas during video production.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit engaging and high-quality videos for social media platforms including Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and promotional content.
Work on real estate-focused video projects such as walkthroughs, testimonials, property showcases, and market updates.
Add appropriate transitions, music, sound effects, motion graphics, text overlays, and branding elements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to bring creative ideas to life.
Provide direction and input during video shoots for better framing, lighting, and visual appeal.
Maintain organized libraries of raw and edited video assets.
Stay updated on the latest trends in short-form content and editing techniques.
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of Reels or Shorts.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and audience behavior.
Experience or exposure to real estate or property-related video content is preferred.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe After Effects or Canva is a plus.
Prior experience working with real estate agencies or property consultants.
