Job Location: Noida (Work from Home Available / Hybrid)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Timing: 12:00 to 9:00 with a 1-hour break
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for bright, detail-oriented individuals to join our Validation Team and help ensure that product features are thoroughly tested before release to clients. This role is critical in improving product quality, reducing customer issues, and supporting go-live activities through proper validation. If you have an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and want to build a long-term career in software testing, this is a great opportunity even if you dont come from an engineering background.
Key Responsibilities:
Test new features and enhancements before release
Perform validation for client go-lives using checklists and test scenarios
Document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies clearly
Work closely with developers, support, and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Follow validation SOPs and contribute to improving them
Perform repetitive/manual validation tasks with consistency and accuracy
Who Can Apply:
Graduates/Postgraduates in any stream (BCA, MCA, BTech)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using computers, web applications, and software tools
Motivated, reliable, and a fast learner
