Make outbound-inbound calls to customers to promote products and services
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and service.
Continuously improve product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Should have basic computer knowledge.
