Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media content strategies across various platforms,
including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create compelling and creative content for Social Media posts including captions
and content for visuals.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams and create seasonal content for
mega campaigns and occasions
Responsible for producing short-form video (reels & in-shorts) content that drives
engagement and traffic as part of Digital India’s content and social strategy
Responsible for spearheading experimentations on new and emerging social
media platforms, content types
Monitor social media and digital marketing trends as well as the competitive
landscape to share learnings and best practices with the broader teams
proactively
Support ideation, planning and execution for integrated marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital content marketing or related fields
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
Be an avid storyteller with a knack for creating and crafting engaging content
across different platforms that delivers results
In-depth knowledge and experience with social media platforms
An extrovert with well-developed interpersonal, team-building and relationship
management skills
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required
