Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on IT and non-IT hiring. Strategize to meet organizational growth goals.
Team & Consultant Management: Manage a team of 2-3 recruiters and coordinate with external consultants to ensure timely closures.
Employee Relations (ER) & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for employee issues; implement strategies to improve retention and maintain a conflict-free workplace.
Lifecycle Management: Overlook the complete employee journey, including Documentation, Onboarding/Joining, and Exit formalities (Full & Final settlements).
Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal cycles and undertake tasks related to employee performance tracking. Employee Engagement: Create and drive engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and motivation programs to enhance job satisfaction.
Payroll & HRMS: Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processing through HRMS portals and Payroll Management Systems. Employer Branding: Develop marketing strategies for employer branding to attract top talent and promote HR programs.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all HR activities align with general policies and labor laws.
Skills Required:
Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a strong background in IT Recruitment.
Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a small team with a results-driven approach.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and people skills to handle complex employee relations.
Problem Solving: Solution-driven mindset to resolve workplace issues promptly.
Ethics: High level of discretion and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee data.
Desired Traits:
Persistence: Consistency in follow-ups with candidates and team members.
Adaptability: Ability to handle both recruitment targets and generalist operations simultaneously.
Labor Laws: Good working knowledge of Indian employment and labor regulations.
