Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with company management, sales, product design and engineering to develop an understanding of needs
• Maintain existing applications in .Net, C#, SQL and JavaScript
• Enhance the application by fine-tuning the existing logics towards the accounting domain.
• Develop new .Net and SQL based projects as per the requirement
• Maintain clean and readable source of applications
• Be the leader in implementing best practices in development and deployment
• Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve various challenges
• And understanding of Agile methodologies
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related stream
• 5+years’ experience as Asp.Net engineer
• 5+ years’ experience as SQL engineer
• Proficiency in Asp.net, MVC, WCF, SQL server, C#, architecture styles / APIs (REST, RPC)
• Proficiency in Web Based Application development.
• Troubleshoot, Installation and configuration of SQL servers and services
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, Web APIs, design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Ability to work in .NET languages (e.g., C# /HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery/ Bootstrap/Linq/AngularJS 4)
• Resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues, and troubleshoot database issues.
• Perform day to day DB administration e.g., Shrinking DB, create / delete users, create/delete SQL server roles etc.
• Interact with client for identifying new requirements and analyses the requirements to translate into DB configuration
• Perform Database migration as well as version upgradation activity.
• Familiarity with .Net Core framework would be an advantage
