Job description: Job Title: Sales Executive – Mall Operations Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Retail / Sales / Promotions Location: Shopping Mall / Kiosk / Retail OutletJob Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage sales and customer engagement at our mall kiosk/outlet. The role involves direct interaction with walk-in customers, product/service promotion, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage walk-in customers at the mall kiosk/outlet Explain products/services clearly and confidently Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain attractive product displays and kiosk presentation Handle billing, basic documentation, and customer records Follow up with interested customers via phone or email Coordinate with the sales and marketing team Ensure professional behavior and adherence to mall guidelines Eligibility / Qualifications Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree Previous experience in retail, mall sales, or kiosk sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Preferred Skills Persuasion and negotiation skills Customer relationship management Basic computer knowledge (billing, CRM, Excel) Ability to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays Working Hours Shift-based | Mall operational hours Remuneration Fixed salary + incentives / Commission (as applicable) Benefits Attractive incentives and performance bonuses Exposure to retail and customer service operations Growth opportunities within the organization Accomodation is also provided Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
