Job Description

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
  • Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers.
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Handle billing coordination and basic cash/POS transactions.
  • Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and well organized.
  • Follow showroom policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support inventory checks and stock management when required.
