Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the frontend development efforts across all digital platforms, including
web and mobile.

 Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency
and quality across all products.

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers,
and developers, to gather requirements and understand user needs.

 Develop and maintain UI component libraries.

 Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform
design decisions.

 Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistent implementation
of design across all platforms.

 Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

 Any Bachelors/ Master degree

 Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UI design and development for web and
mobile applications.

 Minimum 3 years working experience for a government set up/ project.

 Strong knowledge of React js, Nextjs

 Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Figma, Photoshop etc.

 Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and other frontend development
technologies.

 Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work in team.

 Proven experience in driving UI/UX strategy and establishing design guidelines and
standards.

 Proficient with GIT flow.

 Knowledge of API Integration
