Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets within a designated territory.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new licensees in the region.
• Track and report on pending PIs and timely follow-ups on pending Licence Payments.
• Maintain accurate records of licensed entities, payment statuses, and renewal dates.
• Conduct regular night vigilance at ongoing events to prevent non-licensed activities.
• Liaise with corporate clients, event organizers, and other stakeholders for licensing discussions.
• Maintain comprehensive logs and reports of licensing activities and financial collections.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on licensing status, revenue, and market trends.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive expansion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement and competitive advantage. Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any stream or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or similar field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver's license, preferably with the ownership of a bike and willingness to travel as needed.
Salary Package : • Rs. 27,000/- + 3,000 (travelling) per month i.e. 3,60,000/- p.a
