Should have 3 - 5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD/CEO of a company.
Skill Set Required
- EXCELLENT FOLLOW-UP SKILLS
- Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
- Excellent command over English.
- Integrity is a must.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
Roles and responsibilities :-
1. Acting as the primary point of contact and managing the CEO's calendar including scheduling appointments, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
Drafting reports, letters, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, and managing correspondence with clients, partners, and team members.
Coordinating logistics for meetings and events including venue selection, travel arrangements, and technology needs.
Maintaining confidential and non-confidential files and record systems including contact
lists, and organizational charts.
Preparing expense reports, managing invoices, and coordinating with the finance department as required.
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communication materials.
Liaising with internal departments, stakeholders, and external contacts, responding to inquiries as appropriate.
