Job Purpose
The role involves developing software solutions based on customer requirements. You will be responsible for system analysis, detailed design, development, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within defined budgets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and enhance solutions using the assigned Microsoft technology stack
Work closely with Functional Consultants and Clients to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Map customer requirements with Epicor ERP Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality and identify gaps
Design, code, test, and evaluate applications through configuration, customization, integrations, or bespoke development
Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and efficiency
Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, UI/UX designers, and third-party vendors
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for client delivery and future reference
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
Conduct system demonstrations for potential clients wherever applicable
Validate deliverables against defined project KPIs and objectives
Provide on-site or remote technical support as required
Support organizational strategic and technical initiatives as directed by management
