- Create and implement white hat SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research and analysis.
- Experience is managing Adwords campaigns, including cost optimisation and improving conversions.
- Perform ongoing technical SEO audits, backlinks analysis, content analysis and Google analytics reporting and dashboard creation.
- Minimum 3+ years of manager experience is compulsory.
- Manage a team of SEO Executive/Trainee
- Actively measure results daily, also keeping in mind key performance indicators (Organic traffic, leads and applications volume).
- Continually monitoring organic search rankings and reporting the overall SEO health of our web properties.
- Analyzing websites as per Google changes
- Research and analyze competitors' SEO and Strategies.
- Monitor organic & Paid campaign performance using Adwords and Analytics tools.
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahref) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Console, Web Trends)
- Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest.
- Recommend changes to website content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
