As a Content & Brand strategist, you will be pivotal in defining and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and market leadership. You will develop innovative campaigns that elevate brand presence and resonate with target audience. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for building narratives. We are not looking for Copywriter or Content Writer.
Work Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience preferences.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and consumer behaviours that inform brand positioning.
• Defining brand elements, including brand architecture, messaging, value proposition, voice, and tone, to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Creating brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand integrity and coherence in visual and verbal communications.
• Monitoring and evaluating brand performance metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies to optimise brand awareness and perception.
• Conduct brand audits and SWOT analyses to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop brand positioning statements and value propositions that differentiate the company in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual assets, marketing collateral, and brand campaigns.
• Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Plan and execute brand activation campaigns, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and analyse competitor branding strategies and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Present brand strategies, recommendations, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative brand strategies and tactics.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Brand Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role with a minimum of 3 years in brand development and management.
• Familiarity with branding in Real Estate and global markets.
• Familiarity with branding tools and analytics software.
• Experience in developing and launching successful brand campaigns.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of brand identity and positioning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
