Experience:
- 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in writing requirements for “new” web-based B2B or B2C
applications.
- Knowledge of requirements specification and development, such as process/functional
requirements definition methods, use case development, process flow diagrams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA.
- Exceptional ability to position and “sell” solutions that are reasonable, actionable, and cost-
effective, including the ability to properly gauge the requirements and “plug” the appropriate solution
- Forward-thinking and resourceful; ability to be creative and ensure solutions are brought to
fruition and requirements are closed properly.
- Ability to problem solve and apply methodologies such as Unified Modeling Language and
prepare detailed specifications.
- Possess strong people skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations.
- Understanding of CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.) and CMS (Sitecore etc.) solutions,
marketing concepts and marketing channels will be helpful but is not necessary.
