Qualification: Any Graduate

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Preparation & Management: Generate, review, and process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring they align with company policies and client agreements.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients to clarify billing details, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all invoices, payments, and client billing information.
Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
Compliance: Ensure all invoices comply with financial regulations and company policies.
Documentation: Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordination: Liaise between departments to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.
Communication: Handle emails and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
Reporting: Generate periodic reports and assist in project tracking.
Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day office tasks and ensure efficient back-office operations.
Skills:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
