Job Description

We are a Leading Delhi Based Consultant, currently we are hiring for, Zirakpur - Punjab Location Assistant Accountant with Product Selling Company.

Designation: Assistant Accountant


Desired experience: 1 - 2 years in Accounting


Qualification: Any Graduate


Salary: Negotiable


Job location: Chandigarh Citi Center,VIP Road, Zirakpur, Punjab


Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Every Saturday Half Day)


Role Summary:


We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with prior experience in retail, eCommerce, or D2C businesses.


Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Book-keeping, billing, and maintaining the accounting books of the firm.
  • Auditing financial documents to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
  • Handling Tally ERP, GST portal filings, TDS returns, and related compliance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date company accounts, ensuring timely payments, and managing financial software systems.
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations.
  • Providing general administrative and HR support as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Tally ERP software / Zoho / Inventory management tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in financial management, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year in Retail / Trading (Ecommerce, D2C Brand)
