We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, test and maintain the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release. The DevOps Engineer plays an important role in our company’s product development process. Responsibilities:
Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer
Consult with Product Architects to resolve any DevOps deployment challenges with our product suite
Configure build and deployments for multiple project teams to DEV, QA, and UAT environments
Configuration and managing databases such as Mongo, MySQL
Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science
Experience in Linux System administration
Experience in managing public cloud, specifically AWS (Must have). AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps certification is an added advantage
Experience in leading end-to-end DevOps projects with modern tools encompassing both Applications and Infrastructure
Basic in scripting and automation using languages like Bash, Python, PowerShell
Knowledge of CI tools like Jenkins and building end to end CI-CD pipelines for projects
Experience in configuring and managing databases such as Mongo, MySQL
Good to have – Understanding of Backend technologies – Nodejs
Excellent troubleshooting
Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Excellent written communication skills.
Must be ready to assume responsibility, ownership of work, be independent, and at the same time open to learning something new.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines – especially in a work from home scenario
